This is my new European travel blog, or whatever you want to call it. I am an American; I love good things like fancy beer, art music, and I’m living the dream: I quit my job as an office slave and decided to take a trip around Europe, to see what it’s all about and to pick up pieces for my shop I will be opening up next year at some of the European boutiques. I’m trying to open. I am a true foodie, I hate that word, but I have all the symptoms of being an absolute animal when it comes to feeding time. I’ve already been to Japan, Mexico and Canada when I was younger. Now that I have sold most of my possessions, I have made it my goal to see the whole world, and I’m starting with living the dream—in Paris. In a few days I will be jetting off on a British Airways flight over to Heathrow then to Charles de Gaulle. I’m really excited, I want this so bad, and I’m glad that I can have this opportunity, not everyone can just pack up and leave so easily.
I don’t really have a set plan yet, but I put some images for inspirational purposes. The thing about Europe is that you don’t really need to have everything super planned out—the flights are all subsidized so you can travel for cheap if you know how to do it right. Anyway, I might like one place more than the other and decide to stay there, so I’m just going to go with the flow for now. I was really inspired reading my friend’s European Travel blog
I need to really watch what I pick for my store when I’m here, it could cause quite a rift in my plan if I spend it all on cool stuff I find. I want to find cute and quirky items from funky boutiquse to put in my new store, dream right? Go around and find stuff, then sell it for more money?
